This avocado + pineapple + broccoli smoothie is packed with greens, and will give you that energy boost to start your day off right or pick you up in the afternoon! Broccoli Smoothie
serves 1-2
time to make: 5-10 minutes
ingredients
- 1/4 cup BROCCOLI (chopped)
- 1 cup SPINACH
- 1/2 of a PEAR (peeled)
- 1/4 of an AVOCADO
- 1 teaspoon HEMP SEEDS
- knob of ginger (~1 inch by inch)
- 1 cup frozen PINEAPPLE
- 1/2 cup LIGHT COCONUT MILK
- 1/2 cup COCONUT WATER
Directions
- blend everything together in a high speed blender, until smooth.
