Dreamy Vegan Chocolate Mousse (GF/V)

Whether Valentine’s Day is a self-love day or a day celebrating with your special someone, this dessert is calling your name! This chocolate mousse is rich and is a chocolate lover’s dream.

With only 6 INGREDIENTS, this recipe is quite easy to make! It’s CREAMY and DIVINE, and no one will be able to guess you whipped this up in under 10 minutes! My picky husband was more than happy to taste test this delightful treat and gave it the two thumbs up.

dreamy vegan chocolate mousse

serves 2

ingredients: 

  • 1 AVOCADO
  • 3 tablespoons MAPLE SYRUP
  • 4 tablespoons COCOA POWDER
  • 1/8 teaspoon SEA SALT
  • 1/4 teaspoon CINNAMON
  • 1 teaspoon VANILLA

directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until fully combined (should be very smooth). Transfer into two bowls/cups and top with whipped coconut cream, dried coconut, fruit.
  2. Best to eat the same day. Store in a sealed container and refrigerate if the mousse will be sitting out for a bit.
