Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup vegan unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 cup plantbased milk
  • 1-2 medjool dates (pits removed)
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients together in a blender, blend until smooth.
