This mango turmeric smoothie will keep your immune system in check. It's smooth, sweet, spicy and so refreshing to have first thing in the morning.

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth.
Notes
a "knob" of ginger for me is about an inch in diameter and in width.
