mango turmeric smoothie

This mango turmeric smoothie will keep your immune system in check. It's smooth, sweet, spicy and so refreshing to have first thing in the morning.

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • knob of ginger
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup orange juice (or sub coconut water or more plantbased milk)
  • 3/4-1 cup plantbased milk
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds (optional)
  • 2 tablets Purica's Immune 7 Mushroom Blend (powder emptied from capsules) (optional)
  • 1 tablet Probiotic (powder emptied from capsules) (optional)


  • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth.
