Creamsicle Popsicles

  • 2 large oranges (peeled and sliced into quarters)
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 can full fat coconut milk (400mL)
  • 6 large medjool dates (gooey and pitted)


  • Set aside 1 tbsp of orange zest and then peel and chop up the oranges. Discard the peel. The chopped oranges should measure roughly into 2 cups. Add to a high-speed blender.
  • Remove the pits from the dates, and add to the blender. The softer the dates, the better. They will be sweeter and easier to blend. Add a full can of full-fat coconut milk to the blender along with the zest. Blend everything until smooth.
  • Evenly divide the mixture between 6-8 popsicle moulds. The amount will depend on the size of your mould and how full you fill them up. Place in the freezer for roughly 6 hours or until frozen.
  • Let thaw for a few minutes before enjoying!
